Dairy-Free Chia Puddings

Chia puddings are the perfect way to treat yourself without being unhealthy! This delicious sweet recipe is sure to be a summer favourite!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

1/2 cup flavoured almond milk

1/3 cup of coconut cream

1/3 cup toasted muesli

1 handful of blueberries

Method:

 1. Combine the chia seeds, maple syrup and almond milk in a medium sized glass and stir the mixture.

2. Leave the refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Pour the coconut cream onto the top of the mixture, then add a thin layer of the toasted muesli.

4. Garnish the pudding with blueberries or any other fruit that you desire and sprinkle a little honey to finish it off!
